This two page spread is a bit of a mash up of three trips. Two were ones that my husband took to Disneyland. One was for Off to Neverland Travel business and the other was for the runDisney Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend. The other trip was a boys weekend for the runDisney Tower of Terror 10-Miler weekend.
The big thing about the trip to Disneyland for the Half Marathon Weekend in September was it was my husband’s first time doing the Dumbo Dare. This is where you run the 5 K and the half marathon over that weekend. This was a big deal for him and he happily succeeded and showed off his medals.
His favorite part of the Off to Neverland Travel trip was getting to visit Cars Land an hour before opening. I am not sure how many times he rode Radiator Springs Racers but I am told they made the most out of that time.
In October, my husband decided last minute to take Little J with him to the Tower of Terror 10-Miler for a boys weekend. He was lucky and did secure Little J a spot in the Kids Races. Little J is still at 100 m so he was an old pro at this. (next year he moves up to the 200 m at age 4)
And just because they could, they also attended Mickey’s Not-So-Scary-Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom. Little J went as Linguini in his chef’s costume. He did carry Remy around because as you know Linguini would be nothing without Remy.
