Creating Your Own Disney Themed Art Wall Hanging
In preparing for the holidays we pulled out the Thanksgiving decorations and I realized that the walls were pretty bare. For Christmas I have painting, prints and decorations but for Thanksgiving I have bupkis (is that how you spell that?).
It was time to so something about that. I looked around and found a box of frames in the bottom of a closet. I knew these had potential.
So I decided to use my digital scrapbooking software to create some art. Here is how I made my Disney Gobble art.
Step 1:
Create a digital project that will fit the frame (this can be a scrapbooking software, word, powerpoint, etc.). In this case it was a 5×7 to fit a frame.
Step 2:
Add a couple of Thanksgiving embellishments. You can find these by googling Thanksgiving images.
Step 3:
Add a bunch of Thanksgiving themed words. Change their sizes and fonts. Then rotate some of them. (My favorite font site is www.fontspace.com)
Step 4:
Finally add a background to your work. In this case I used one that ‘aged’ my artwork. You can also add any final Disney touches now. (see what the turkey is wearing?)
Step 5:
Print it out on your home printer, trim it, and add it to the frame. Quick, easy, and cheap holiday decoration!!
Beautifully Done!!! Happy to be in this hop with you.

I appreciate you dig scrappers–I am just getting started. I think it so fun how you can use the software to create other items. Your wall hanging would be a wonderful hostess gift!
